Who we are
Sybil Grieb
Founder & CEO

Sybil Grieb has over 15 years experience as a digital media executive, with extensive experience in business development with publishers, platforms, brands, agencies, influencers and even eSports. As the child of two entrepreneurs, she has always been passionate about building and growing companies.

Prior to founding 100Hats, Sybil was the Head of Influencer Marketing at Edelman, spearheading strategy and activation, and managing 10 influencer teams across the US to create top quality integrated influencer campaigns for clients. She built collaborations across teams to amplify influencer content across owned, earned and paid media.

Sybil joined Edelman from William Morris Endeavor where she was the Head of Digital Influencer and Brand Integrations, representing brands, and partnering with top talent to create custom social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and purchase.

Prior to WME Sybil was Head of Advertising Sales and Ad Operations for Otter Media (Chernin Group and AT&T) and built and ran the Ad Sales and Ad Ops departments at Affinity Media (now Tencent). She dramatically increased revenue at both companies.

Sybil is a founding member of AllBright, and a frequent speaker at Social Media Week, CES, Digital Hollywood, ThinkLA, UCLA, USC and more. Her clients have included: Activision Blizzard, Barilla, HP, Lionsgate, Microsoft, Nickelodeon, Samsung, Sony, Starbucks and more.

Chelsea Evic
Account Manager

Chelsea Evic is an Account Manager, focusing on social media strategy and activation for 100Hats’ clients. She has four years of experience writing for digital publications such as 303 Magazine and ENTITY, and a strong creative background (including top notch Canva skills), giving her the ability to tell a brand’s story through social media.

Prior to 100Hats she interned at both at BPCM and Modifly where she focused on social media marketing, digital editorial and PR. She is a graduate of Colorado State University with a focus in apparel & merchandising and media studies.

Brad Zions

Brad Zions is an experienced tech and hospitality investor and advisor to founders and CEOs. He is an early investor in a range of fast-growing startups including Clutter, Parachute Home, Jukin Media, PocketWatch, VidMob, Harri, Embrace, Obvious Wines and more. Advisor to Open Listings (acquired by OpenDoor in 2018).

Prior to full time investing, Brad was co-founder and an early investor in Lemonade Restaurant Group and a co-founder of Young, Fabulous & Broke.

A Harvard graduate, Brad started his career as an early executive at AOL, and was instrumental in launching AOL Europe and the company’s German, French, UK and Benelux services.

Brad is also the producer of a number of independent films, including KISSING JESSICA STEIN, which won numerous awards on the festival circuit and was acquired for distribution by Fox Searchlight Pictures.
